Thank you for your interest in renting one of our facilities.

The WPS facilities are available for rental on weekdays between 5-10pm, and on weekends between 7am-10pm. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to an event.

A certificate of liability insurance naming the Town of Winchester as additionally insured is required for all groups looking to rent space with the WPS.

All rental requests are processed through our online scheduling platform, MasterLibrary. Please review the information included on this web page to begin the rental application process.
