The Winchester Public Schools (WPS) buildings and grounds are primarily for the education and enrichment of our students. Secondarily, they serve as a valuable community asset for educational, governmental, civic, cultural, and recreational activities for the citizens of Winchester. Finally, the facilities may be utilized by non-profit and/or for-profit programs.

All rental requests are processed through our online scheduling platform, Follet Facilties. Please review the information included on this web page to begin the rental application process.

For first-time requests, please complete the “New Account Setup” form linked below. Please review Rental Policies & Procedures and Facility Rental Rates prior to beginning the process.
